Dyche Mullins

PhD
Dr. Mullins is a professor in the Department of Cellular and Molecular Pharmacology at UCSF, where his research focuses on the assembly and regulation of cytoskeletal networks—collections of molecules used by living cells to move molecular cargo, establish polarity, and propel themselves forward. Dr. Mullins earned B.S. degrees in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering at the University of Kentucky, followed by a PhD in Biomedical Engineering. He was a postdoctoral fellow at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland and later at The Salk Institute for Biomedical Research in La Jolla, California.
